Freindly atmosphere, exelent service and meals.
Back rooms are very prone to noise from the kitchen below early in the mornings.

I chose this hotel because it was a good price; it was a five minute walk from the hydrofoil port, and it was quiet. It is a family style hotel, very clean, with nice large rooms. I found it to be very quiet, but this may not be the case at weekends or holiday periods as there is an area for music in the dining room.
The staff spoke very little English, but this is to be expected in a Vietnamese hotel of its type

Friendly staff, always keep their smiles, answered all our questions, clean and comfortable, worth every penny you spent. Because the ship to Con Dao Islands took us 15hrs, our trip has to be changed. We can no longer be back as we promised to them. Sorry!

Located close to ferry hydro ferry and close to docks.
Noisey, doors slamming, loud echoing hallways, and beds were rock hard.

The location was really good. It was really close to the hydrofoil and many good restaurants. Our room was also very spacious.
The staff didn't speak much English, which made it very difficult for me to ask questions and find get information I needed. There were a few things that the room could've benefited from. I would've liked a bed lamp, and a better bathroom setup. The shower curtain didn't do a good job of keeping the water out of the rest of the bathroom and the bathroom door was very squeaky.

The location is really great, you are on an island, directly beside the river but so near to the center of old Hoi An (10 min. By foot). The staff is really friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable, with fresh flowers every morning. A real cozy place not only for elder people. The breakfast was perfect, we think, for all kind of wishes, Vietnamese and Western. The cooking course for us two, starting with a visit on the market in the morning, was really amazing; you do not need a dinner... The local market in the garden every day at 4pm is a phantastic idea. You can try Vietnamese specialities in tasting portions for free. We have been there over christmas. The Riverside Resort arrangend a wonderful christmas party with a good buffet and nice entertainment, no kitsch. We are Germans and live in Saigon and we will definitly come back.
